Daniel Francis is an entrepreneur from Trinidad & Tobago who wears many hats. He is primarily a personal development coach under his family company called ReBIT Limited. The owners of ReBIT are certified under Leadership Management International, which is based in Texas.

Through ReBIT, Daniel has held workshops, consultations, and programs for hundreds of young people. It is through this connection with millennials specifically that inspired him to write a book that would motivate and guide millennials into becoming a better version of themselves. He believes that sharing these experiences can help millennials tap into their full potential. He makes it his business to be associated with anything youth-related as his primary goal is to help uplift individuals so that they can become the very best version of themselves. He also throws hugely successful events with EEEmpire Events and Project Management Company, is a part of the League of Extraordinary Entrepreneurs, and on the philanthropic side is a member of the Rotaract Club of Port of Spain West.
